Full Spectrum CBD vs CBD Isolate vs Terpenes What is the difference?
The CBD world can sound complicate but with just a little bit of guidance you will find that it is pretty straight forward.
Full Spectrum CBD
Full-Spectrum CBD has the full Cannabinoid profile of the hemp plant that it has been extracted from as well as a few other interesting compounds like Cannabinoids, flavonoids and terpenes (more on terpenes soon). Full-Spectrum basically allows users to experience effect from other natural compounds with in the Hemp plant other than just the CBD. It contains vitamin A, C and E and complex B vitamins like niacin, riboflavin and thiamine. It also contains minerals such as Iron, Calcium, Zine and Phosphorus. Full-spectrum CBD is also full of essential fats in form of Omega 3 and Omega 6 and protein.
What about THC? THC has been removed from all Full Spectrum CBD products in order to be sold and consumed legally in the UK. Full-Spectrum CBD will not "get you high", however it will contain extremely small trace amounts of THC (less than 0.2%) which is classified as THC free by UK/EU Law. Full Spectrum CBD is fully legal to sell, buy and consume and it will not provide any psychoactive effects.
CBD Isolate is a bit more “straight forward” and provides a "quicker" CBD fix than full spectrum CBD, it is exactly what it sounds like: Isolated CBD compound in the purest form. CBD Isolates is favoured by a lot of users due to it usually being a bit cheaper to buy than Full Spectrum CBD whilst still providing the effects that a lot of CBD users seek. CBD Isolate is also the most common form in most CBD products on the market. On our website we list the form of CBD in the product description so that you can easily see what you are buying. In our Selection of CBD e-Liquids you will find both CBD Isolate eLiquids and Full Spectrum E-Liquids.
Terpenes is the essential oils in the Hemp plant that gives it its distinct flavour, smell and colour. A lot of users like Terpenes on their own in terms of food supplement, Vape liquids and/or oral drops, however most users like the combination of both Terpenes and CBD.
Both Full Spectrum CBD and CBD Isolate are amazing products that users from both camps love and hold dear and you cant go wrong with either. We do not make any health benefit claims in this blog and if you want to read about Health Benefits studies on CBD and Terpenes google is your friend :)
